hey friends I made a workflow to redistribute the leads and it works very well but one thing spoils everything
There are 7 users
User1, User2, User3, User4, User5, User6, User7,
I make 5 workflows to redistribute fresh leads if user not put feedback within 2 hours

Workflow
Trigger Workflow On

Time Interval
Run Workflow Hourly

All Conditions (All conditions must be met)
Sales feedback is empty
Lead type is fresh
Assigned to is user1

Action assigned to user2

Secoun workflow from user 2 to user3 etc
The problem is that it performs all operations in one time after an hour and gives the LED from the user 1 to 7
I also tried
Modified time less than hours before 2
The same problem

I need to make some changes in the calculation profit but on pdf maker, because when I do in Vtiger profit calculated it doesn't change the profit in pdf maker because I guess it's separate, so can you give me please the path for the file in pdf maker that I should change, because I need to make a filter so some products will be calculated and show the total price (price * quantity) and other products I don't want to be calculated in the quotes I just want to put on the total price a character like (PAI).

i made mail converter to convert email to new lead action and it works well But there is one problemThe first mail received is made new lead fine and all next mails not creat new leadbut it go to the first lead created link on mail related module

i want every mail sent create new lead

Hi. I am trying to export custom module.
I have tried below and replaced zip.inc and it starts downloading zip file but always fails download.
The Module.zip file is 13kb but fails every time.

Is it possible to add get max and min dates from related modules in workflow expressions?

Example - Account has a 1 to Many relationship to Service Contract Dates. Account Module field looks up the max/min date from the related Service Contract Dates to determine the last/first service dates.

Account Module fields
MaxDatelookup field- 1/1/2021
MinDatelookup field- 1/1/2010

Related Service Contract records to Account
1 - 1/1/2010
2 - 1/1/2012

Hi,

I am unable to send attachments using email. I can attach and then send but recipient does not receive the attachment when they view the mail.

I am able to send pdf that has been generated by the CRM but if I upload image or pdf file it is not received after sending email.
